Operations Manager

I joined Station Road Surgery in 2010 as a Receptionist which progressed to Administrator.

In 2017 I was appointed Patient Services Manager and then in November 2019 I became the Operations Manager overseeing the day to day running of the Practice & Staff.

Linda

Office Supervisor

I have worked for Station Road Surgery for a number of years. During this time there have been a number of changes in General Practice, but one thing which I think has not changed is the dedication of the staff of Station Road Surgery. In November 2019 I became the Office Supervisor overseeing the reception team and assisting the Operations Manager.

Administration

I joined the surgery in September 2017 as an apprentice. I completed my OCR Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service in July 2018 and I have now been promoted to Receptionist/Administrator. I do varied work from answering the telephones and working on reception desk which I thoroughly enjoy.

I joined Station Road Surgery in October 2005 as part of a busy reception team that aims to provide a high standard of care to our patients.

I joined the Practice in 2015 as a member of the reception team.

Lisa

I joined the team in June 2018 and work the weekend covering improved access. I have worked in General Practice for a number of years.

Tasmiah

I joined the team in June 2018 as part of the weekend reception team. I enjoy working within General Practice and working to provide an excellent service for patients

Kerry

I joined the Practice in September 2018. I enjoy working as part of a busy reception team. I have worked in the NHS for 3 years and enjoy the work I do.

I joined the team in June 2018 and I am responsible for data administration and secretarial work. I have previously worked in General Practice.
